Mobile Booking Policy
We require a minimum of 1 day notice for mobile bookings.
Mobile service needs to be booked a minimum of 1 day prior to request date.
Our mobile service includes the following areas: Basangkasa, Drupadi, Dyanapura, Plawa, Oberoi, Kerobokan, Petitenget, Batu Belig, Umalas, Canggu.
If you are outside these areas we are still pleased to be able to offer you our mobile service, however a travel charge of 100,000 will be applied.
Treatments within a package can be exchanged for another spa treatment of equal value.
Mobile service below 5 people requires a minimum charge of 1.500.00 ++ for Canggu and 2.000.000 ++ outside Canggu area.
Reservation Policy: A 50% deposit is required at the time you make your booking. Full payment is due on the day of the schedules event. To ensure a successful set up we recommend to book your event at least three weeks in advance. We accept PayPal and local bank payment transfer.
Cancellation Policy: Maximum cancellation time is 24 hours before your venue. 25% of your deposit is not refundable for any cancellation less than 24 hours.
